I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received during our visit to your restaurant on [date]. We had chosen your establishment to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

 

Firstly, we were surprised by the long waiting time to be seated, despite having made a reservation well in advance. The host seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, which resulted in unnecessary delays and inconvenience for us and other patrons waiting to be seated.

 

Moreover, the service at our table was extremely slow and inattentive. Our orders were taken incorrectly, and we had to repeatedly remind the staff about missing items. The waitstaff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to our requests, which left us feeling neglected throughout the meal.
